the lobby had cool sitting areas and plenty of usb ports for charging devices. the highway noise was so luod that it kept me awake all night.

unbelievable experience at Tru By Hilton, where stained carpets greeted me on the 3rd floor, but that’s just a bonus. The breakfast was an absolute letdown with watery scrambled eggs instead of a proper cheese omelette. After all my troubles, I expected a complimentary room upgrade, but that clearly woudl ve been too much to ask.

Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak, making it a challenge to rinse shampoo effectively. It could definitely use some improvement for a better guest experience.

I had a terrible experience with the front desk staff. Upon check-in, I was met with a reception issue that caused significant delays. The noise from the highway was incessant, disrupting my sleep throughout the night.

The location near I-75 is great for easy access. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed, making it easy to unwind after a long day. Enjoyed the automatic pancake machine at breakfast. the pancakes were delicious! There were ample toiletries provided. The fitness center had decent equipment, including treadmills and weights. Unfortunately, the highway noise affected my sleep, making it hard to fully relax. The staff at the front desk could be more professional. during my stay, I felt that customer service was lacking, especially when they did not allow my husband to take juice for our toddler. Additionally, it would be beneficial to offer grab-and-go breakfast items for those leaving early, as we missed out on breakfast one morning due to our schedule. Despite these issues, the stay was comfortable overall.

We had a great time at the hotel, especially enjoying the well-designed room and the thoughtful safety features like a lower exit sign for emergencies. For relaxation, we loved hanging out by the cozy outdoor fire pit and taking a dip in the inviting pool. The only downside was a bit of weak water pressure in the shower, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The hotel was perfect for our family trip with two teenagers. We enjoyed the fun lobby area with games and comfy hanging spots. Plus, the breakfast was a nice touch with plenty of options, making it easy to start our day right.

The breakfast was the best budget hotel breakfast we've had, with tasty options to start the day off right. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, making our experience even better.
